In-Store Pickup

We will contact you right away when your item is ready. Wait times can be as short as two hours for everyday items, or a week or longer for items which require transfer from other locations or professional assembly by our technicians. Contact us before ordering if you require a quick turnaround or face a firmtarget date, and we will see if we can work to your timeline. 

If you need an item right away, please call or text us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. 

Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders not picked up within 7 days of readiness will be cancelled and refunded less a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping Options

Orders typically ship within one business day of being placed. 

Shipping within Canada 

*Oversized includes trailers, strollers, child seats, wheels, floor pumps, fenders, work stands, cargo racks, car racks and various other items.

**Due to our dealer agreements, some bikes may not be eligible for shipping.

United States Shipping

Many items are eligible for delivery to the United States provided the customer is prepared to cover all shipping costs. These can include can include freight, duties, brokerage, and taxes. If you are an American neighbour who would like to place an order, email us your shopping list and shipping address and we will provide an estimated total cost. Note that items shipped across international borders are non-returnable.

Returns

Our goal is to give every customer the best possible chance of choosing the right gear the first time around. We discourage 'buy, try, and return' shopping, as it is tiring for the customer, unhealthy for the business, and unnecessarily wasteful.

Due to the nature of the items we sell, many are NON-RETURNABLE for safety, hygiene, or ethical reasons. This includes saddles, helmets, tubes, special order or marked down items, and most especially BICYCLES. No exceptions can be made to this policy as it is necessary for the wellbeing and comfort of all of our customers. 

Other items are returnable for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in new and unused condition, with original packaging intact. Secondary costs associated with a purchase such as shipping and labor fees cannot be recovered and are therefore non-creditable.

Information Security

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.

We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.

Catalogue and Pricing Accuracy 

Our website is intended to be a helpful resource for customers. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices and stock levels in our online catalog. We strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we provide. However, despite best efforts errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error. We appreciate your understanding and apologize in advance for any inconvenience such mistakes may create.
