Rider comfort is further enhanced by the flattened top section, giving an easy platform to rest your hands on. The top section of the drops curve straight down so the hoods are in the most comfortable position, while the extreme flat under the hood creates a wider hand position. All these comfort features also increase control, as a proper grip on your handlebars helps you maneuver better, while the bottom flat and wide hand position gives you more leverage.
