The Ridgemont is a bit of an oddball bike that we think is both practical and enjoyable. When the bike path ends, the Ridgemont keeps going with 2.0" wide 27.5" tires and stable MX bars. Which to choose: speed or storage space? You can have both with a Hook. With an able steel frame and carbon fork, this bike is fast and versatile. Size-matched 650B or 700C wheels across the sizes provide control and comfort, while the Shimano GRX groupset and double crankset give you a close ratio with a broad range of gears. Take your pick from a range of fixing points, including a direct mount for a top tube bag, triple cage mounts, rear rack and fender. Or, leave it stripped back and fly. The Hook might have been designed as a gravel racer, but that doesn’t stop it from also being a perfect tourer, commuter, or even summer-season crossbike.

Are you heading down the path least travelled? For a drop handlebar bike, the Hook EXT seldom faces terrain it cannot handle. A Columbus steel frame, a dedicated carbon fork and a sturdy 27.5’’ wheelset equip the EXT with an armoury to ride where other bikes would surely suffer. A Sram 1x11 Rival groupset suitably gives this machine the gears and brakes to match. As capable on backcountry campouts as it is on post-work blasts, the Hook EXT remains the choice when you’re unsure of the terrain, but know you want to have fun riding it.

Durable and affordable alternative that can easily carry about 30k on its sturdy front rack. It comes with hydraulic disc brakes It's a cycle truck so it looks slow, but with an aluminum frame this one will be a fast and fun ride. The rack is bolted to the frame as opposed to the fork, so the load doesn't affect the steering, and the small front wheel allows the load to sit lower. The stock bike ships with flat bars but it wouldn't be too hard to do a swap.

Taking our "do-it-all" aftermarket Revolver frame and draping it in some high-end components, we've managed to create an incredibly sophisticated and balanced bike for the kind of rider that appreciates the finer things in life.
